Since 2004, Arnaldo León and Sonia Escoda have been actively involved in the security and investigation industry, serving clients with a deep understanding of what true protection requires. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted security company with more than 30 clients and over 300 employees serving communities, businesses, institutions, and properties across Puerto Rico.

Together, our leadership brings more than 40 years of combined experience in law enforcement, security consulting, surveillance detection, access control, and professional security operations. This experience allows Proactive Control Security to approach every property with structure, strategy, and a strong understanding of prevention, visibility, and operational risk.
